Before you change the view blog look better, you should download the template from blogger.com or you can search on Google with the keywords "Blogger Template" and you can choose to freely.
To change the template, the condition of blog you have not added any widget, because the widget will be erased. Step - step:
1.Login to blogger.com
2.On the dashboard page, click on "layout"
3.Select the "edit HTML"
4.Click "Browse" and locate the template you've downloaded before. Then click "Upload."
5.If there is a warning to delete the profile widget just click the "confirm and save."
6.If the notice is displayed "The changes you have been saved View blog" means you have succeeded.
7.You can ensure you of a blog on the link "view blog"
